Warranty Policy

If an LCD Monitor is found to be defective within the first 7 days of purchase, please message us or the store where you purchased it for a replacement or refund.

7-Day Replacement Conditions

  • Abnormal line / Incorrect color / Overlapping images
  • Dead pixel on the panel (Please refer to the bright and dark spot acceptance chart)
  • Unable to switch on the monitor
  • Control buttons not working
  • Power leak and safety concerns
  • Shipment arrived with a damaged box
  • Incorrect model number

All monitors have a 1-year warranty period.

Warranty Does Not Apply To

  1. Removed, revised, defaced, or damaged warranty seals and/or original factory serial numbers
  2. Damage resulting from improper installation, including incorrect or insufficient electrical power supply
  3. Defects resulting from long-term improper use
  4. Damage from long-term static images displayed or improper use (Image Sticking)
  5. Damage failures including cosmetic damage such as scratches, spots, dents
  6. Loss or personal injury due to misuse, abuse, negligence, improper maintenance and storage, or acts of nature
  7. Damages incurred while being transported or moved by the customer
  8. Damage resulting from infection or installation of software

Warranty Exclusions

The customer will incur the cost of repair for any of the following:

  1. Damaged parts or components not sold or manufactured by Bezel
  2. Parts repaired or replaced by parties other than Bezel
  3. Units purchased outside the coverage regions
  4. Excluded circumstances

By ISO 13406-2 standards, Bezel conforms to the acceptance level between 3 to 5 defective bright/dark pixels.
