Monitor Care Guide

Follow these essential tips to keep your bezel-less monitor in perfect condition.

1

Handling with Care

Since your monitor has super-thin edges (bezels), the screen is more exposed.

Don't squeeze the edges: When moving or adjusting the screen, try to grip it from the bottom or back. Pressure on the very edge can damage the pixels.

Use two hands: Always use both hands to tilt or rotate the screen to keep the pressure even.

2

Cleaning the Right Way

Dust happens, but don't just grab a paper towel and some window cleaner!

The Cloth: Use a clean, dry microfiber cloth (like the ones for glasses). Paper towels and tissues are actually abrasive and can leave tiny scratches.

The Liquid: Never spray anything directly onto the screen. If it needs a deep clean, slightly dampen the cloth with distilled water.

Avoid Chemicals: Stay away from Windex, alcohol, or soap. These can strip away the special coating on your monitor.

3

Smart Settings

You can make your monitor last longer by changing a few habits:

Screen Sleep: Set your computer to turn off the display after 10–15 minutes of inactivity. This prevents burn-in and saves power.

Brightness: You don't always need it at 100%. Dropping the brightness slightly reduces heat and extends the life of the backlight.

4

The No-Touch Rule

It's tempting to point at things on your screen, but skin oils are tough to get off and fingernails can leave permanent marks. Try to keep fingers off the glass!
